摘要
阴道微生态失调与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)持续感染所致的宫颈癌前病变密切相关。阴道微生物感染可造成生殖道黏膜损伤,导致HPV感染率增加,加剧宫颈病变的发展;HPV感染也能改变黏膜的新陈代谢和免疫应答,导致微生物群落发生变化,破坏微生态平衡,使阴道感染率增加,二者之间形成恶性循环。近年来,专家们期望通过使用乳酸菌制剂恢复阴道的正常微生物群落,增强阴道局部免疫力,清除HPV,阻断宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN),防治宫颈癌。本综述拟对近年来阴道微生态与宫颈病变相关性的研究进行总结分析。
Vaginal microecologic disorder is closely related to precancerous lesions caused by persistent human papilloma virus(HPV) infection. Vaginal microbial infection can cause mucosal injury of genital tract, resulting in increased rate of HPV infection, and exacerbating the development of cervical lesions. HPV infection can also change the metabolism and immune response of the mucous membrane, making changes in the microbial community, disrupting the balance of the vaginal microecology, increasing the rate of vaginal infection, and forming a vicious circle between the two. In recent years, it is hoped to restore the vaginal microbial community through the use of lactic acid bacteria preparation, so as to enhance the vagina local immunity, eliminate HPV, block CIN, and prevent cervical cancer. In this review, the correlation between vaginal microecology and cervical lesions in recent years was summarized and analyzed here.
