PBA车站中大跨度顺逆作相结合的纵横向交叉扣拱风道施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 北京地铁16号线达官营车站采用PBA法施工,其最南端在垂直车站方向上设置2#风道,2#风道兼做达红区间盾构机的接收通道,此处设计为加高加宽的断面,通过车站的29轴,在轴上设置横梁向28轴方向施工车站横向三联扣拱,向30轴方向进行风道纵向单跨大跨度扣拱,将其结合为整体。其施工步骤繁多,施工工序复杂,需要先采用顺做法在暗挖高通道内施工完成29轴的梁柱体系,然后完成29-28轴的车站横向三联扣拱,再采用PBA逆作法施工完成30轴的桩柱体系,再联合施做29-30轴的纵向大跨扣拱,逆作30轴风道南端墙,最后施工风道和车站底板结构联结成环。这在国内同行业的施工中较为罕见,因此需要对其复杂空间体系下的施工技术进行研究。 Daguanying station of Beijing metro line 16 is constructed by PBA method,the southernmost end of the station is provided with 2#air duct in the direction perpendicular to the station,and the 2#air duct also serves as the receiving channel of shield machine in Dahong section,the section here is designed to be widened and increase in height,through the 29 axis of the station,a beam is set on the axis to construct the transverse triple arch of the station in the direction of 28 axis,and the longitudinal single span long-span arch of the air duct in the direction of 30 axis,combine them into a whole.There are many construction steps and complex construction procedures.It is necessary to complete the beam column system of axis 29 in the concealed excavation high channel,then complete the transverse triple arch of the station of axis 29-28,then complete the pile column system of axis 30 by PBA reverse method,then jointly construct the longitudinal long-span arch of axis 29-30 and reverse the south end wall of axis 30 air duct,finally,the construction air duct and the station floor structure are connected into a ring.This is rare in the construction of the same industry in China,so it is necessary to study the construction technology under its complex space system.
