摘要
目的:研究早期功能干预在手足外伤术后患者康复护理中的临床效果。方法:本研究共入选68例手足外伤患者,其治疗时间均在2019年2月至2020年8月期间,其中于我院行常规护理的34例患者纳为对照组,另外在常规护理基础上施以早期功能干预的34例患者纳为观察组,对两组功能恢复情况、生活质量进行分析与比较。结果:观察组、对照组功能恢复优良率分别为97.06%、82.35%,可见观察组更高;其健康状态、心理状态、精神状态及社会功能评分均高于对照组对应值(P<0.05)。结论:在手足外伤术后患者康复护理中实施早期功能干预可有效提高患者的康复效果,促进其生活质量的改善。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of early functional intervention in rehabilitation nursing of patients with hand and foot trauma.Methods:A total of 68 patients with hand and foot trauma were selected in this study.The treatment time was from February 2019 to August 2020.34 patients who received routine nursing in our hospital were included as the control group,and 34 patients who received early functional intervention on the basis of routine nursing were included as the observation group.The functional recovery and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of functional recovery in the observation group and the control group were 97.06%and 82.35%,respectively,which showed that the observation group was higher than the corresponding value of the control group in terms of health state,psychological state,mental state and social function score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early functional intervention can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect and improve the quality of life of patients with hand and foot trauma.
