摘要
目的探讨骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)予以独活寄生汤结合经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗的临床效果。方法选取该院2020年1月—2021年1月确诊的OVCF患者90例,数字抽签法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用PKP治疗,观察组加用独活寄生汤,比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、骨密度、骨折再发生率、功能障碍、治疗总有效率。结果治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月观察组VAS评分分别为(3.93±0.65)分、(3.35±0.23)分、(2.35±0.89)分,明显低于对照组(4.39±1.12)分、(4.19±0.99)分、(4.02±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.383、5.544、8.322,P<0.05);治疗后观察组骨密度(0.90±0.07)g/cm^(2)高于对照组(0.77±0.04)g/cm^(2),骨折再生率0.00%低于对照组13.33%,差异有统计学意义(t=10.817,χ^(2)=4.464,P<0.05);治疗后观察组ODI指数(11.89±3.28)分低于对照组(24.31±3.11)分,差异有统计学意义(t=18.433,P<0.05);对照组总有效率80.00%低于观察组总有效率97.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.200,P=0.007)。结论OVCF患者予以独活寄生汤结合PKP手术治疗的临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Duhuojisheng Decoction combined with percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods A total of 90 patients with OVCF diagnosed in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,and the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 45 cases each by a digital lottery method.The control group was treated with PKP,and the observation group was treated with Duhuojisheng Decoction,to compare the pain degree,bone density,fracture recurrence rate,dysfunction,and total effective rate of treatment between the two groups before and after treatment.Results One month,two months,and three months after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group were(3.93±0.65)points,(3.35±0.23)points,and(2.35±0.89)points,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(4.39±1.12)points,(4.19±0.99)points,(4.02±1.01)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.383,5.544,8.322,P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density(0.90±0.07)g/cm^(2) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(0.77±0.04)g/cm^(2),and the fracture regeneration rate was 0.00%lower than that of the control group 13.33%,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.817,χ^(2)=4.464,P<0.05).After treatment,the ODI score of the observation group(11.89±3.28)points was lower than that of the control group(24.31±3.11)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.433,P<0.05).Total effective rate of the control group 80.00%was lower than 97.78%of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.200,P=0.007).Conclusion The clinical effect of Duhuojisheng Decoction combined with PKP surgery for OVCF patients is significant.
