摘要
目的:探讨Schuell刺激法言语训练联合高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗对脑卒中后失语症患者语言功能、日常生活能力及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2020年1月-2021年5月深圳市罗湖区人民医院收治的脑卒中失语症患者60例,按照随机数字表法将上述患者分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采取Schuell刺激法言语训练,研究组采取Schuell刺激法言语训练联合高频rTMS。比较两组治疗总有效率、Barthel指数、言语功能评分、生活质量评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组言语功能评分、Barthel指数、生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Schuell刺激法言语训练联合高频rTMS治疗对脑卒中后失语症患者有较好的效果,可促进语言功能的恢复,同时改善日常活动能力及生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effects of Schuell stimulation method speech training combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)therapy on language function,ability of daily living and quality of life in patients with post-stroke aphasia.Method:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke aphasia from January 2020 and May 2021 were collected,the patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given Schuell stimulation speech training,and the study group was given Schuell stimulation speech training combined with high-frequency rTMS.The total effective rate of treatment,Barthel index,speech function score,and quality of life score were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of speech function,Barthel index and quality of life in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Schuell stimulation method speech training combined with high-frequency rTMS therapy for patients with aphasia after stroke has a good effect,can promote the recovery of language function,and improve daily activity ability and quality of life.
