摘要
在医改进一步深入下,公立医院更加重视成本控制工作的大力开展,将目光放在全面预算管理环节,同时紧抓时代特色,让全面预算管理成为公立医院持续与稳步前行的重要抓手,从而将公立医院整体管理水平做到极大程度提升。由于公立医院面临着激烈市场竞争,必须从经营危机入手考虑财务风险出现因素,结合服务数量增加的情况进行全面预算管理才能为成本控制加强带来切实有效推动,扩大公立医院经营规模,实现高质量医疗服务,将公立医院整体竞争力不断增强。基于此,本文简述公立医院实施本成控制与全面预算管理的重要价值,对全面预算管理中存在的问题进行深入分析,提出科学管理措施,力求为公立医院在新时期下的安全与长远发展带来推动。
With the further deepening of medical reform,public hospitals pay more attention to the vigorous development of cost control,focus on the link of comprehensive budget management,and pay close attention to the characteristics of the times,so as to make comprehensive budget management an important starting point for public hospitals to move forward continuously and steadily,so as to greatly improve the overall management level of public hospitals.As public hospitals are facing fierce market competition,we must start with the operation crisis,consider the factors of financial risks,and carry out comprehensive budget management in combination with the increase of the number of services,so as to effectively promote the strengthening of cost control,expand the operation scale of public hospitals,realize high-quality medical services,and continuously enhance the overall competitiveness of public hospitals.Based on this,this paper briefly describes the important value of cost control and comprehensive budget management in public hospitals,deeply analyzes the problems existing in comprehensive budget management,and puts forward scientific management measures,so as to promote the safety and long-term development of public hospitals in the new era.
