摘要
高层建筑作为成熟的建筑形态,其较好地满足了现阶段,城市发展过程中对于空间利用的基本要求,在很大程度上缓解了土地资源的供需矛盾。由于高层建筑结构的特性,实际施工环节,需要依托技术手段与管理举措,优化施工流程,强化质量水平。文章着眼于实际,以高层建筑施工技术关键点与质量控制作为切入点,系统探讨新形势下高层建筑施工体系,为后续施工活动的开展提供参考。
As a mature architectural form,high-rise buildings can better meet the basic requirements for space utilization in the process of urban development at the present stage,and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources to a great extent.Due to the characteristics of high-rise building structures,the actual construction process needs to rely on technical means and management measures to optimize the construction process and strengthen the quality level.This article focuses on the practice,takes the key points and quality control of high-rise building construction technology as the breakthrough point,systematically discusses the high-rise building construction system under the new situation,and provides reference for the subsequent construction activities.
