Summary of Key Technologies in Super High Rise Building Construction

摘要 为了促进我国超高层建筑施工技术的发展提供思路借鉴,介绍了超高层项目建造关键技术的发展历史,结合广州东塔、厦门怡山商业中心、贵阳双子塔等项目,总结了超高层项目建造的一些施工关键技术,按照施工技术关键点和创新点进行综述;经过项目实践可知,目前超高层建筑施工在垂直运输管理、总承包管理、超大规格设计、超高层泵送、超深超厚基础底板等方面存在难点,基于超高层项目建造技术发展现状及其面临的困难和挑战,提出了几点展望:超高层建筑施工要以安全、质量、环保出发,结合数字化技术、人工智能等先进技术,促进我国超高层建造技术能够朝着工业化、绿色化、智能化的方向发展。 In order to promote the development of super high-rise building construction technology in China,this paper introduces the de‐velopment history of the key technology of super high-rise constructions,summarizes some key construction technologies of super high-rise project construction including Guangzhou East Tower,Xiamen Yishan Business Center,Guiyang Twin Towers and other projects,and summa‐rizes the key points and innovation points of construction technology.Engineering practice shows that there are difficulties in vertical transpor‐tation management,general contracting management,super large specification design,super high-rise pumping,super deep and super thick foundation slab,etc.Based on the development status and the difficulties of super high-rise project construction technology.Puts forward some prospects:super high-rise building construction should start from safety,quality and environmental protection.Combined with digital technology,artificial intelligence equipment and other advanced technologies,construction technology could promote the development of China’s super high-rise building technology towards the direction of industrialization,green and intelligent.
