空空导弹专业工程设计准则的提炼和应用

摘要 阐述了空空导弹专业工程设计准则研究的主要内容及其必要性,回顾了设计准则的发展历程,系统描述了专业工程设计准则在型号中的应用实施途径,明确了要结合型号特点、研制周期等要素制定型号专业工程设计准则,对型号线人员开展系统培训,针对电路、结构、装配等制定专项设计准则检查表,采用设计、工艺、质量联合团队的形式开展设计准则贯彻情况检查,促进设计准则在产品设计中的贯彻落实。 This paper expounds the main contents and necessity of the research on the professional engineering design criteria of air-to-air missiles,reviews the development process of the design criteria,systematically describes the application and implementation ways of the professional engineering design criteria in the model, which makes it clear that the professional engineering design criteria of the model should be customized in combination with the model characteristics,development cycle and other elements,and carry out systematic training for the model line personnel,aiming at the circuit,structure assembly,etc. Formulate a special design criteria checklist,and carry out the implementation inspections of the design criteria in the form of a joint team of design,process and quality,so as to promote the implementation of the design criteria in product design.
