摘要
为满足产品综合设计过程中对可靠性、维修性、保障性数据及知识的共享需求,分析了综合设计过程中结构视图、功能视图,以及可靠性、维修性、保障性视图之间的相互关系。针对多视图模型不能很好地支持可靠性、维修性、保障性领域知识描述及共享的问题,提出了以产品与故障为核心的参考本体,进而构建了基于本体的性能与可靠性、维修性、保障性综合设计多视图模型框架。利用转换矩阵描述了多视图之间的映射机制。最后,给出了该模型在产品寿命周期管理系统中的实现方法,并以基于TeamCenter的性能与可靠性、维修性、保障性综合设计平台为例进行了应用验证。
To satisfy the demand for integrating and sharing information & knowledge of performance domain and Reliability, Maintainability, and Supportability (RMS) domain in integrated product development process, the relationships among structure view, function view and RMS oriented views were analyzed in particular. Because the existing multi-view model couldn't support the RMS knowledge description and share,a reference ontology based on product and failure was proposed. Furthermore, an ontology-based multi-view model framework of integrated product development for performance and RMS was established. At the same time, a transformation matrix was used to describe the mapping rules for these views based on reference ontology. Finally, an implementation method of the model for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system was presented, and the rationale of the model was manifested by its successful application in a prototype of integrated product development platform of performance and RMS based on a practical enterprise PLM system, TeamCenter Enterprise 2005 SR1.
