摘要
针对数字化制造企业中基于知识的设计和制造问题,提出了一个知识管理集成框架模型,并就制造企业中构建知识管理系统中的知识获取、知识建模和表示、知识推理、知识重用以及基于知识的推/拉辅助设计等技术进行了研究。最后,通过基于知识的典型飞机零件设计的具体实例,进一步说明了飞机制造企业中的知识管理集成框架的应用。
Aimed at knowledge-based design and manufacture problems in digital manufacturing enterprise, an application framework of Knowledge Management (KM) integration was put forward. Under this framework, five key technologies were involved: knowledge acquisition, knowledge modeling and representation, knowledge reasoning, knowledge reuse and knowledge-based pull/push aided design. Finally, an application concerning the design process of a typical airplane accessory based on knowledge was further provided to illustrate the framework.
