摘要
依托大连湾海底隧道工程,机制砂混凝土首次应用于大型沉管隧道预制中。由于水泥水化热和温度变化,沉管混凝土易在早龄期产生温度裂缝。文中论述了冬季足尺模型试验,通过监测沉管预制时机制砂混凝土的温度和裂缝发展情况,调整优化冬期施工时沉管机制砂混凝土生产、浇筑及养护措施,为大连湾沉管管节的冬期生产提供指导。
Based on the Dalian Bay subsea tunnel project,manufactured sand concrete is first used in large immersed tunnel prefabrication.Due to the changes of cement hydration heat and temperature,immersed tube concrete is prone to generate temperature cracks at early age.The full-scale model test in winter was discussed in this paper.By monitoring the temperature and crack development of the manufactured sand concrete,the production,pouring and curing measures were adjusted and optimized,which can provide guidance for the immersed tube segment prefabrication in winter.
