摘要
港珠澳大桥岛隧工程沉管预制具有高标号、大断面、大体积的特点,混凝土裂缝控制是确保沉管隧道耐久性的关键。为达到沉管隧道的控裂要求,研究适合港珠澳沉管隧道特点的混凝土控裂技术体系显得尤为重要。针对工厂法预制沉管控裂技术研究进行阐述,研究结果可为其他类似工程施工提供借鉴。
The precast immersed tube of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project has characteristics of high grade, large section and large volume, the concrete crack control is the key technology to ensure the durability of immersed tunnels. To reach the requirements of the crack control for the immersed tunnel, it is important to research the concrete crack control techniques suited to the characteristics of immersed tunnels of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. We expounded the research on crack control techniques for prefabricated factory immersed tube, the results can provide a reference for other similar construction.
