摘要
机器人产业前期快速发展,但该产业行业标准不健全,机器人核心技术未有明显突破,机器人技术含量低的产业部分重复建设依旧严重。为不断提升机器人产业发展朝着高质量迈进,“十四五”期间务必加强国家战略层面设计,推动机器人产业助力制造强国;集中优势力量,狠抓机器人产业关键技术科研攻关,增强机器人产业各环节自研能力;加大对机器人领军企业的支持力度,建设机器人全产业链平台;规范完善机器人产业相关体系标准;开展行业人才打造工程,构建新形势下的人才培养模式。
The robotics industry has been developing rapidly, but the industry standards are not sound, the core robotics technology has not broken through significantly, and the duplication of construction in industries with low robotics technology is still serious. In order to continuously improve the development of robotics industry toward high quality, it is important to strengthen the design of national strategy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, promote robotics industry to help manufacturing power;focus on the strengths of the key technology research and development of robotics industry, enhance the self-research capability of all aspects of robotics industry;increase the support for robotics leading enterprises We will increase the support for leading robotic enterprises and build a platform for the whole industrial chain of robots;standardize and improve the system and standards of the robot industry;carry out the project of building talents in the industry and construct a talent training mode under the new situation.
