摘要
目的:分析组织CCT6A及VEGF亚型表达与肝癌分化程度及疾病分期的关系。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年6月福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院的92例肝癌患者为观察组,并选取同时期的92例肝脏良性病变患者为对照组。检测与比较两组的组织CCT6A及VEGF亚型(VEGF-A、VEGF-B、VEGF-C)阳性表达率,并比较观察组中不同分化程度、疾病分期者的组织CCT6A及VEGF亚型的阳性表达率,采用Spearman秩相关分析组织CCT6A及VEGF亚型表达与肝癌分化程度及疾病分期的关系。结果:观察组的组织CCT6A及VEGF亚型阳性表达率均显著高于对照组,观察组中分化程度较低及疾病分期较高者的组织CCT6A及VEGF亚型阳性表达率显著高于分化程度较高及疾病分期较低者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,组织CCT6A及VEGF亚型表达与肝癌分化程度呈负相关,与肝癌疾病分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:组织CCT6A及VEGF亚型在肝癌患者中呈现高表达状态,且与肝癌分化程度及疾病分期有密切的关系,因此在肝癌患者中的检测价值相对较高。
Objective:To analyze the tissue correlation between tissue CCT6A,VEGF subtypes expression and differentiation degree and disease stage of liver cancer.Method:A total of 92 patients with liver cancer in Mengchao Hepatobil Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to June 2021 were chosen as the observation group,92 patients with benign liver lesions at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the tissue CCT6A and VEGF subtypes(VEGF-A,VEGF-B and VEGF-C)positive expression rates of two groups were detected and compared,and the tissue CCT6A and VEGF subtypespositive expression rates of observation group with different differentiation degree and disease stage were compared too,and the correlation between the tissue CCT6A,VEGF subtypes expression and differentiation degree and disease stage of liver cancer were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The tissue CCT6A and VEGF subtypes positive expression rates of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the tissue CCT6A and VEGF subtypes positive expression rates of observation group with lower differentiation degree and higher disease stage were significantly higher than those of patients with higher differentiation and lower disease stages,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the tissue CCT6A and VEGF subtypes expression were negatively correlated with differentiation degree of liver cancer,and they were positively correlated with disease stage of liver cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tissue CCT6A,VEGF subtypes of patients with higher expression state,and they are closely related to the degree of differentiation and disease stage of liver cancer,so its detection value in the patients with liver cancer is relatively higher.
