图书馆为平台的农村小学社会工作实践研究--以贵州省黎平县H小学实践为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着国家和社会对未成年人保护工作的日益重视,学校社会工作正成为社会工作参与未成年人保护的重要研究和实务领域。尽管各地的学校社会工作探索取得丰富成效,但仍比较零碎,社会工作介入西部农村小学的实践研究还比较少,有效的学校社会工作介入模式或路径还有待探索,制度化和规模化发展更是任重道远。本实践研究项目选取西部偏远民族地区小学,通过驻校社会工作服务的方式,以学校图书馆为平台开展多样性的课外服务活动,以回应学生在学业、心理和课外生活等方面的需求。实践证明,虽然项目的实施存在服务成效衡量方式、图书馆的可持续运营、服务专业性等方面的不足,但以图书馆为平台的社会工作介入模式对提升学生阅读兴趣、培养学生阅读习惯、丰富学生课余生活、增强学生学习动力、提升学生互助意识等具有积极成效。 With the increasing focus on the issue of children protection since the beginning of the 21st century,school social work has been emerging as a critical research branch of social work,as well as a significant part of social work practice in China.In the research field,theories,models,processes,methods,institutions and impacts of school social work have been examined and discussed and tons of papers have been published through last two decades.With numerous pilot projects have been conducted in city schools of the east and south China,research interests have been shifted to the strategies and approaches on how to localize the western theories and models.Moreover,some researchers have shown their interests in action research and practice research in the field of school social work.In practice,“one school,one social worker”policy has been implemented in many primary schools and middle schools of Shanghai,Shenzhen,Dongguan and Guangzhou city for more than a decade and effective local intervention models have been developed.More recently,the experimental practices have been expanded to various schools,from primary schools to middle schools,from vocational schools to universities,from east China to the middle,from cities to rural areas.Although fruitful results have been achieved,school social work service has not yet been institutionalized and developed on a large scale because of awareness,financial and technical obstacles.Due to the underdevelopment of school social work practice in western China,very few researches have been conducted to focus on the practice of the western China schools,especially that of rural primary schools.Although some schools and social service organizations in western China have been initiating school social work projects for a long time,little research has been done on those projects.This imbalance development calls for more practice and research attention on schools of western China,given the existence of numerous left-behind children and the relatively poor education quality in rural
