摘要
随着信息技术和电商的迅速发展,旅游管理专业的实践教学改革势在必行。为了培养适应社会发展需求的专业人才,针对多年的旅游管理(专升本)实践教学实际,分析专升本教学现状:旅游管理专业(专升本)实践教学存在实践教学内容未能及时更新,体系结构不合理,定量统计和设计分析内容较少,软硬件条件欠缺,管理方式单一,师资队伍较薄弱等问题。文章结合地方应用型本科院校定位,提出实践教学改革措施。
With the rapid development of information technology and e-commerce,the practical teaching reform of tourism management is imperative.In order to improve the training of professional talents and meet the needs of social development,this paper analyzes the current situation of practical teaching and the demand for practical teaching ability of the students who have been in the practical teaching of Tourism Management for many years.At present,there are some problems in the practical teaching of Tourism Management majors:the content of practical teaching cannot be updated in time;the system structure is unreasonable;the quantitative statistics and design analysis content are insufficient.Poor hardware and software conditions,inefficient management and the lack of teaching staff,make matters worse.In view of the seriousness of the problems,this paper puts forward some practical measures for teaching reforms from the position of local application-oriented universities.
