生物柴油氛围下柴油机燃油系统中铜金属的腐蚀机理研究

摘要 为研究生物柴油对发动机燃油供给系统的腐蚀性,通过配制不同比例的混合燃料,对燃油供给系统中大量采用的铜质油管(紫铜T2和黄铜HSn70)进行模拟腐蚀试验,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对腐蚀表面进行观察,对比分析了HSn70T2在腐蚀前后的质量变化、表面形貌变化规律。结果表明,生物柴油的比例越高,其腐蚀性越大。生物柴油的混合燃料对HSn70腐蚀性较强,质量变化率为0.023,混合燃料对T2的腐蚀性较弱,腐蚀速度为0.0036g/(m;·h),质量变化不大;通过生物柴油对铜金属的腐蚀规律,讨论生物柴油对发动机部件的腐蚀行为。 In order to study the corrosiveness of biodiesel to the engine fuel supply system,by preparing mixed fuels in different proportions,simulated corrosion tests were carried out on copper oil pipes (red copper T2 and brass HSn70) widely used in the fuel supply system.The corrosion surface was observed by microscope and scanning electron microscope,and the quality change and surface morphology change of HSn70T2 before and after corrosion were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the higher the proportion of biodiesel,the more corrosive it was.The mixed fuel of biodiesel is more corrosive to HSn70,with a mass change rate of 0.023,and the mixed fuel is less corrosive to T2,with a corrosion rate of 0.0036g/(m2·h),and the quality changes little.The article studies the corrosion law of copper metal,and discusses the corrosion behavior of biodiesel on engine components.
