摘要
某油田地面集输管道弯头腐蚀相当严重,穿孔事故频发。通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜观察、能谱分析以及高温高压模拟腐蚀试验等方法,分析了管道弯头穿孔的原因。结果表明:管道弯头的化学成分符合技术要求,且显微组织无异常;管道减薄及穿孔主要是CO_(2)和H_(2)S的协同腐蚀作用及流体冲刷所致。
Corrosion of gathering transportation pipeline elbow on the ground of an oil field was quite serious, and perforation accidents occurred frequently. Through macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic inspection, scanning electron microscopy observation, energy spectrum analysis and high temperature and high pressure simulated corrosion test and other methods, the causes of perforation of pipe elbow were analyzed. The results showed that the chemical compositions of pipe elbow met technical requirement, and microstructure was normal. The thinning and perforation of pipe were mainly caused by synergistic corrosion effect of CO_(2)and H_(2)S and fluid erosion.
