摘要
新时代环境下,社会对高层次人才需求逐渐突出,间接影响社会就业形式;在此背景下,高校应积极培养大学生创新创业能力,以此拓展大学生就业渠道,使大学生更好地适应市场用人需求;为切实提升大学生该能力培养工作的质量,高校应从构建大学生创新创业能力培养体系、强化师资队伍建设、充分发挥思政教育导向作用、优化创新创业能力培养环境、完善评价体系等路径开展该能力培养工作,构建全方位、立体化的创新创业能力培养体系,强化大学生创新创业能力,提高大学生与市场用人需求的契合度。
In the new era environment,the social demand for high-level talents is gradually becoming prominent,and indirectly affects the form of social employment.In this context,colleges and universities should actively cultivate college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability to expand the employment channels of college students,so that college students can better adapt to the market employment demand.In order to effectively improve the quality of college students,colleges and universities should carry out the ability training work by building a training system of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability,strengthening the construction of teachers,giving full play to the guiding role of ideological and political education,optimizing the training environment of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and improving the evaluation system.It aims to build an all-round and three-dimensional innovation and entrepreneurship ability training system,strengthen college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability and improve the fit between college students and the market employment demand.
