摘要
“四新”经济形态成为经济发展的新方向。在此背景下,培养具有创新创业能力的复合型人才尤为关键,高校需做好统筹规划,以更好地适应时代发展变化,承担起优质人才培养的任务。以“互联网+”大赛为依托,以创新创业能力提升为方向,重点培养复合型人才,推进各行业、领域的高质量发展。该文首先分析了新时代大学生就业现状,然后探讨了“互联网+”大赛对大学生的影响,最后以“互联网+”大赛为抓手,对大学生创新创业能力培养的有效路径进行了研究。
"Four new"economic forms have become a new direction of economic development.In this context,cultivating interdisciplinary talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities is particularly crucial.Universities need to make overall planning to better adapt to the development and changes of the times and undertake the task of cultivating high-quality talents.Relying on the"Internet+"competition and taking the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the direction,we will focus on training compound talents and promote high-quality development in various industries and fields.This paper first analyzes the current employment situation of college students in the new era,then discusses the impact of the"Internet+"competition on college students.Finally,taking the"Internet+"competition as a starting point,it studies the effective path of cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
