摘要
高等医学教育人才培养的两大主要任务是培养医学生的职业能力与人文素质。在当前的医学教育中,仍然存在过分强调医学专业知识的传授,而忽视人文知识的培养。HPS教学模式是将科学史、科学哲学和科学社会学等学科知识整合到课程教学中,可以促进学生的创新能力及科学素养的培养。该文将HPS教学模式引入到药学特色选修课教学中,在具体实施过程中,包括创设情境提出问题、学习历史逻辑推理、内化知识培养素养和师生总结评价四个步骤,以期将传授知识为主要特征的“教学型”教学向培养认知能力为主要特征的“研究型和应用型”教学进行转变。该文就HPS教学模式在药学特色选修课教学中的作用及意义、具体实践和目标等进行了探索。
The two main tasks of personnel training in higher medical education are to cultivate the professional ability and humanistic quality of medical students.In the current medical education,there is still an overemphasis on the imparting of medical professional knowledge,while the cultivation of humanistic knowledge is neglected.The HPS teaching model integrates the subject knowledge of the history of science,philosophy of science and sociology of science into the curriculum teaching.It can promote the cultivation of students'innovative ability and scientific literacy.We introduced the HPS teaching model into the teaching of pharmacy special elective courses.In the specific implementation process,it includes four steps:creating a situation to ask questions,learning historical logical reasoning,internalizing knowledge and cultivating literacy,and summarizing and evaluating teachers and students.It is expected to transform the"teaching-type"teaching with imparting knowledge as the main feature to the"research-type and application-type"teaching with the cultivation of cognitive ability as the main feature.The paper explores the role and significance,specific practice and goals of HPS teaching mode in the teaching of pharmacy characteristic elective courses.
