摘要
黄金洞金矿金塘1号脉具有缓、薄、顶板脆、走向倾向多变的特征,该类型矿体开采工艺难度大,回采技术指标差。为提高该类型矿体的开采技术经济指标,进行了高效规模化采矿方法及工艺技术的研究。通过对矿体开采技术条件的详细调查分析,确定了矿体和顶板围岩的物理力学技术参数特征;采用模拟计算的办法得出了支护条件下的安全开采结构参数;应用多类经验参数对比确定了采场规模化的凿岩爆破参数;开发了多槽联合联用规模化的爆破技术;采场现场工业试验实现了68 t/d(翻倍)的生产能力,回采率提高至90%,贫化率控制在5%以内,采矿成本降低了15元/t。
Jintang No.1 vein in Huangjindong Gold Mine has the characteristics of gentle inclination, thinness, brittle roof and changeable trend. The mining technology of this type of orebody is difficult and the mining technical index is poor. In order to improve the mining technical and economic indicators of this type of orebody, the high-efficiency and large-scale mining method were studied, as well as its process technology. Through detailed investigation and analysis of the technical mining conditions of orebody, the physical and mechanical technical parameters of orebody and roof surrounding rock were determined. The structural parameters of safe mining under supporting conditions were obtained by simulation calculation. The large-scale drilling and blasting parameters of stope were determined by comparison of multiple empirical parameters. The large-scale blasting technology of multi-slot combination was developed. Through the field industrial test research, the production capacity of 68 t/d was achieved, which is double of the original, the recovery rate was increased to 90%, the dilution rate was controlled within 5%, and the mining cost was reduced by CNY 15 per tonne.
