低品位急倾斜中厚以下矿体采矿方法优选 被引量:9

摘要 获各琦铜矿5勘探线以西铅锌矿体位于铜矿体下盘,受上盘铜矿体回采及充填水的影响,矿体完整性受到严重破坏,矿岩稳固性大大降低,同时矿石品位较低,回采难度大。经技术经济对比分析,推荐采用点柱式上向水平分层充填采矿法回采该范围内中厚以下矿体,采场生产能力250 t/d,采矿损失率16%,矿石贫化率8%~10%,采矿成本84.43元/t。以该矿1630中段为例,采用点柱式上向水平分层充填采矿法能创造利润总额2 709.45万元。 Because of the stoping of hanging side copper orebody and the water from filling slurry,the integrity of low grade lead-zinc orebody west the No.5 exploration line suffered great damage and its ore-bearing rock stability decreased greatly in Huogeqi copper mine.At the same time,the ore grade is low and the extraction is difficult.According to technical and economic analysis,the method of top slicing and filling stoping with pillars was recommended to stope the orebody with medium thickness or less.The stope production capacity was 250 t/d,the ore loss ratio was16 %,the ore dilution ratio was 8 %-10 % and the mining cost was 84.43 yuan/t.Take the 1 630 m level for example,it could create 27.094 5 million yuan profits to use top slicing and filling stoping with pillars.
