摘要
棉花坑矿在采矿爆破过程中存在爆破效果差、劳动强度大、材料成本高等问题。从采场的地质岩石构造、炮孔倾角、布孔方式、孔间距、排间距、爆破网络等方面进行了采场爆破工艺可行性分析和试验优化,确定了适合12-2采场的爆破参数及爆破网络,为-150 m以下采场相似矿体爆破提供了技术支持。
There are some problems in the mining blasting process of Mianhuakeng mine,such as poor blasting effect,high labor intensity and high material cost.In the feasibility study of stope blasting technology,the analysis and test optimization are carried out from the aspects of stope geological rock structure,blast hole incination,hole layout mode,hole spacing,row spacing and blasting network.The blasting parameters and blasting network suitable for 12-2 stope are determined through the test,technical support is provided for the similar ore body blasting in stopes below-150 m.
