摘要
在“节能降碳”的大背景下,当前农村住宅能耗问题凸显。陕北地区地处寒冷气候分区,冬季气候寒冷,现有农宅建筑的热工性能在冬季不足以为居民提供较舒适的室内环境。通过对陕北当地农宅现状包括建筑形式、建筑构造进行调查研究,总结出两种建造习惯有所不同的建筑形式,并分别进行建筑热环境测试,寻找农宅存在的热工缺陷,之后运用能耗模拟软件DeST-h对建筑的外围护结构包括外墙、屋顶、外窗进行多水平模拟,对节能效果进行数据化的验证和表达,通过正交试验进行多因素分析,确定了农村住宅能效提升梯度目标,并对方案经济效益和环境效益进行计算分析,为当地的农宅建筑节能改造提供指导意见。
In the context of “energy saving and carbon reduction”,the energy consumption in rural houses is serious and prominent.In northern Shaanxi province,the climate is cold in winter,and the thermal performance of existing farm buildings is not sufficient to provide a comfortable indoor environment for residents in winter.By investigating and studying the current situation of local farmhouses in northern Shaanxi including building forms and building structures,and summarizing two building forms with different construction habits,and the thermal environment of the building is tested to find the thermal defects of the farm house,then,the energy consumption simulation software DeST-h was used to simulate the exterior wall,roof and windows of the building,and to validate and express the energy saving effect,then multi-factor analysis was carried out by orthogonal test,the gradient target of rural residential energy efficiency improvement is determined,and calculate and analyze the economic and environmental benefits of the program to provide guidance for the local guidance for energy-saving retrofitting of rural residential buildings.
