摘要
随着我国经济水平不断提高,人们也越来越关注室内健康问题,选择安装新风系统的住宅逐渐增多,住宅新风系统的使用行为直接影响建筑能耗、室内空气品质及人体热舒适,而国内关于住宅建筑新风使用行为的定量研究较少,故选取北京地区15户住宅,对其全年新风系统的使用行为及室内外环境参数进行为期一年的实测,旨在探究住宅新风系统的使用行为特征以及驱动因素。研究发现:1)开启新风系统能够改善室内空气质量,当室外空气质量较差时,关窗可以进一步提高新风系统的净化效果;2)住宅内新风系统存在过度开启行为,在过渡季和供暖季,两种类型家庭的过度开启率均超过73%,供冷季的过度开启率均超过55%,供冷季较其他季节更能合理的使用新风系统;3)不同家庭新风系统的使用策略不同,低强度、中强度、高强度开启型家庭日均开启时长分别为5.92 h、12.11 h、19.32 h;4)不同季节新风系统的使用策略不同,供暖季的特点为低频次长时间开启,过渡季和供冷季的特点为高频次短时间开启;5)室外PM_(2.5)浓度和室外温度均为新风系统开启行为的驱动因素,新风系统开启概率随着室外PM_(2.5)浓度的增大而逐渐升高,当室外PM_(2.5)浓度达到175μg/m;时,新风开启概率均大于80%。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level,people pay more and more attention to the indoor health issues.The number of houses choosing to install the fresh air system is increasing.The use of the new air system directly affects the building energy consumption,indoor air quality and human thermal comfort.However,the quantitative research on the use of new air in residential buildings is less in China.Therefore,15 houses in Beijing are selected to study the use behavior of the new air in residential buildings.The annual fresh air system use behavior and indoor and outdoor environmental parameters were measured for one year,aiming to explore the characteristics of residential fresh air system and driving factors.The results show that:1) opening the fresh air system can improve the indoor air quality.When the outdoor air quality is poor,closing the window can further improve the purification effect of the fresh air system.2) The excessive opening behavior of the fresh air system in the residential buildings,in the transitional season and the heating season,the over opening rate of both types of houses is more than 73%,the over opening rate of the cooling season is more than 55%,and the cooling season is more than 73%,and the over opening rate in the cooling season is more than 55%.The results show that the new air system can be used more reasonably in different seasons.3) The daily opening time of low intensity,medium strength and high intensity open type families is 5.92 h,12.11 h and 19.32 h respectively.4) The use strategies of the fresh air system in different seasons are different,the characteristics of the warm season are low frequency and long-time opening,and the characteristics of transition season and cooling season are high frequency and short time Open.5) The outdoor PM_(2.5)concentration and outdoor temperature are the driving factors of the opening behavior of the fresh air system.The opening probability of the fresh air system increases with the increase of the outdoor PM_(2.5)concent
