摘要
中国餐厨垃圾产量大、产生面广、产生源分散。2020年,中国餐厨垃圾产量达到1.2775×10^(8)t,并呈现逐年上升趋势。餐厨垃圾具有典型的“垃圾”和“资源”的双重特性,在目前“双碳”背景下,如何合理地处置餐厨垃圾并实现变废为宝是行业关注的焦点之一。主要对中国餐厨垃圾处理的现状、主要技术及存在的主要问题进行了分析,并对其未来趋势做出预测。
In China,the output of kitchen waste is large,the production area is wide and the source is scattered.In 2020,China's kitchen waste output reached 1.2775×10^(8)t,and showed an increasing trend year by year.Kitchen waste has the dual characteristics of"garbage"and"resource".Under the current"dual carbon"background,how to reasonably dispose of kitchen waste and realize the transformation of waste into treasure is one of the focuses of the industry.This paper analyzed the present situation,main technology and existing problems of kitchen waste treatment in China,and forecasted its future trend.
