摘要
随着人民生活水平的提高,餐饮行业市场规模不断扩大,厨余垃圾的产出量出现爆发式增长。目前,厨余垃圾处理已经关系到人民的食品安全、环境卫生和城市节能减耗等,越来越受到社会的重视。本文结合我国厨余垃圾处理现状,综述厨余垃圾的主要处理技术,指出我国厨余垃圾处理的常见问题,以实现厨余垃圾的高效处理与二次利用。
With the improvement of people's living standards,the market size of the catering industry continues to expand,and the output of kitchen waste has shown explosive growth.At present,the treatment of kitchen waste has become increasingly important to people's food safety,environmental hygiene,and urban energy conservation and consumption reduction,and is receiving increasing attention from society.Based on the current situation of kitchen waste treatment in China,this paper summarizes the main treatment technologies for kitchen waste,points out common problems in kitchen waste treatment in China,in order to achieve efficient treatment and secondary utilization of kitchen waste.
