摘要
跨境电商人才培养模式的设计需遵循以下几个原则:从岗位技能要求出发、区分基础能力和应用实战能力培养、逐层递进、全方位立体化、融合课程思政。基于以上原则,构建了BACCE五位一体的跨境电商人才培养模式:基础能力培养+应用实战能力培养+职业技能等级证书+技能竞赛+创业实战。该模式能够有效提高学生的跨境电商实战能力,给有创业理想的学生提供土壤,促进1+X课证融通建设,让学生拥有更丰富立体的学习选择。
The design of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation mode should follow the following principles:starting from the requirements of job skills,distinguishing the cultivation of basic ability and application ability,progressing step by step,all-round three-dimensional and integrating curriculum ideology and politics.Based on the above principles,BACCE cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation mode is constructed:Basic skills+Applicable skills+Certificate+Competition+Entrepreneurship.This mode can effectively improve students cross-border e-commerce practical ability,provide soil for students with entrepreneurial ideals,promote the construction of 1+X course certificate accommodation,and equip students with richer three-dimensional learning choices.
