摘要
为了服务区域外经贸企业转型发展,快速培养高质量的跨境电商人才,山东外贸职业学院依托外贸、外语办学优势,从2012年起开展跨境电商人才培养,形成了"分阶段、职场化、协同式"的跨境电商人才培养模式,主导搭建了产教深度融合的跨境电商平台,形成了推进全省跨境电商人才培养和产业发展的长效机制,取得了良好的成效。
In order to support the transformation and development of foreign trade companies in the local region, Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College exert the educational advantages on foreign trade and foreign language to explored the training of Cross - Border E - commerce( CBEC) talents since 2012.A"phased,working - environmental and collaborative"CBEC talent training mode was developed.A platform with deep integration of industry and education was established to support the model.A long - term and effective mechanism was formed to promote the cultivation of CBEC talent as well as to promote the industrial development.
