摘要
在新时代背景下,推动学术期刊繁荣发展,探究高品质学术期刊的理论内涵和实践机制,坚持走期刊高质量发展道路,十分必要。结合时代背景,深入系统地分析学术期刊的理论内涵及其演变,对高品质学术期刊应具备的特征进行界定,分析我国学术期刊发展的现状,有针对性地提出高品质学术期刊的实践机制。
Under the background of the new era,it is necessary to promote the prosperity and development of academic journals,explore the theoretical connotation and practical mechanism of high-quality academic journals,and adhere to the road of high-quality development of journals.Combined with the background of the times,this paper analyzes the theoretical connotation and evolution of academic journals deeply and systematically,defines the characteristics of high-quality academic journals,analyzes the current development of academic journals in China,and puts forward the practice mechanism of high-quality academic journals.
