摘要
目的观察青枝方坐浴用于混合痔术后并发症的效果并探讨其作用机制。方法患者60例随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组术后采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,观察组术后采用青枝方中药坐浴。采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评价两组患者术后2、3、7 d时疼痛程度,记录两组患者术后创面愈合时间、创面水肿情况,评价两组的临床疗效。结果观察组愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后第2日时VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3、7日时,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后第2、3日时创面水肿程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第7日时,观察组创面水肿的程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论青枝方坐浴对混合痔术后疼痛、创面愈合时间及水肿并发症的防治效果优于高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。
Objective:To study the effect of Qingzhi Decoction sitz bathused for postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 60 patients were randomly dividedinto the control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given a sitz bath with potassium permanganate solution after operation,while the observation group was given Qingzhi Decoction sitz bath after operation.The visual simulation method(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain degree of the two groups at 2,3 and 7 d after operation,the postoperative wound healing time and wound edema of the two groups of patients were recorded,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The healing time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups on the 2nd day after operation(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 7th day after operation,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of wound edema between the two groups on the 2nd and 3rd days after operation(P>0.05);on the 7th day after operation,the degree of wound edema in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingzhi Decoction sitz bath is better than potassium permanganate solution sitz bath in the prevention and treatment of postoperative pain,wound healing time and edema complicationsafter surgery for mixed hemorrhoids.
