摘要
为了减小转管炮发射时的后坐阻力,提高射击精度和稳定性,设计了一种新型弹性胶泥-液压浮动机。根据浮动机的弹性力、粘滞阻尼力以及液压阻尼力计算公式,建立了浮动机的动力学模型。利用粒子种群算法对该动力学模型进行寻优得到该浮动机的最优结构参数。基于此结构参数对浮动机动力学模型进行10连发仿真,结果表明,浮动机的动力学参数匹配合理,在连发射击时浮动稳定。与原弹簧-液压浮动机对比,能够有效地减小后坐阻力和后坐位移,后坐特性得到了改善。仿真结果验证了将弹性胶泥用于浮动机的可行性,为弹性胶泥在浮动机上的应用提供参考。
Reducing recoil resistance and improving shooting accuracy and stability is an important research direction of Gatling gun.The floating device can effectively reduce the recoil resistance of Gatling gun during launch.A new type of elastic sludge-hydraulic floating device was designed.The formulas for calculating the elastic force,viscous damping force and hydraulic damping force of the floating device were deduced,and the dynamic model of the floating device was established.Particle population algorithm was used to optimize the dynamic model to obtain the optimal structural parameters of the floating device.Based on these structural parameters,the mechanical model of the floating maneuvering was simulated for 10 consecutive shots.The results show that the dynamic parameters of the floating maneuvering are reasonably matched,and the dynamic parameters of the floating maneuvering are stable during successive shots.Compared with the original spring-hydraulic floating machine,the recoil resistance and recoil displacement can be reduced effectively,and the recoil characteristics can be improved.The feasibility of using elastic clay in floating device was verified by simulation,and the reference was provided for the application of elastic clay in floating device.
