摘要
结合某型粘滞阻尼器,通过流体动力学分析软件Fluent对粘滞阻尼器模型进行了仿真分析。考虑使用中阻尼器硅油黏度随温度变化及活塞自重引起的应力变形等实际情况,对模型和仿真进行了调整和修正,最终达到了仿真和试验结果误差在5%以内的较高精度要求。研究了活塞长度和间隙等关键参数对间隙式粘滞阻尼器性能的影响,尤其是对速度指数和阻尼系数的影响规律。
According to the current situation,we use the fluid dynamics software Fluent for simulation study,and take consideration of the difference between the actual condition and the ideal simulation status of the testing Gap Viscous Damper to correct the model,and control the data error within 5%. On the basis of this simulation,we study the effect of the key parameters such as piston's length and gap size on the performance of the gap viscous damper,especially the effect law of the velocity index and the damping index.
