摘要
2021年,国际加速康复外科协会首次发布了《急诊剖腹手术围术期加速康复外科护理指南》。该指南基于急诊剖腹手术病人采用加速康复外科方法的最佳证据,着重指导急诊剖腹手术病人的护理及审查护理过程和结果,分为术前护理、术中护理及术后护理2个部分。现对术前护理部分的12项术前护理建议进行解读,旨在让临床医护人员了解急诊剖腹手术的新进展,为其规范化实施和管理提供依据。
In 2021,the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS) Society first released the "guidelines for perioperative care for emergency laparotomy enhanced recovery after surgery",which was based on the best evidence of emergency laparotomy patients using ERAS,focused on guiding the nursing and reviewing the nursing process and outcomes of emergency laparotomy patients.The guideline was divided into preoperative care,intraoperative care,and postoperative care.This article interpreted the 12 preoperative nursing suggestions in the preoperative nursing part,aiming to let clinical medical staff understand the new progress of emergency laparotomy and provide a basis for its standardized implementation and management.
