Objective To explore the safety and clinical effects of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)applied to patients undergoing robotic-assisted radical resection of cervical cancer during the perioperative period. Methods A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into accelerated rehabilitation group(ERAS group)and control group.the first anal exhaust time, pain NRS score, complications, length of stay, hospitalization expenses, and serum albumin(Alb)and C reactive protein(CRP)levels were compared in the 2 groups. Results The first time of anal exhaust was(14.83±2.62 h,in the ERAS group,NRS score(4.17±1.61),The complication rate was 13.3%,Length of stay(5.23±1.82)d,Hospitalization costs are(29916.91±229.57)yuan;The CRP was(52.55±6.09)mg/L,day 2 after operation Alb(35.62±3.17)g/L;The control groups were(17.55±2.36)h、(6.29±1.33),27.8%,(7.55±2.13)d、(33725.80±288.87)Yuan,(90.46±8.13)mg/L、(29.05±3.52)g/L.Both groups had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS applied to the radical operation of cervical cancer assisted by robot, the patients recovered quickly after operation, the incidence of complications was low,the hospitalization time was short, and the total cost of hospitalization was less, which had high clinical application value.
