摘要
在我国全面推进乡村振兴和保障粮食安全的双重背景下,结合耕地“非粮化”研究现状,基于社会调查和定量分析,从理论和实证角度研究村镇尺度下溧阳市耕地“非粮化”的影响因素。通过建立耕地“非粮化”及其影响因子的表征指标和分析框架,根据实地调研与农业普查数据,研究村镇尺度下耕地“非粮化”影响因素,并给出管制耕地“非粮化”的发展对策,以期为地方政府在发展农业规模经营与农业转型升级、引导土地流转、协同经济发展和保障粮食安全等方面提供参考。研究结果显示:1)溧阳市耕地“非粮化”现象较为显著;2)村基本情况、农业经营户个体特征、土地禀赋、基础设施情况、经济因素中前四个方面对农业经营户是否种植非粮作物均有一定影响。其中,人均耕地面积、农业经营主体文化水平、农业经营主体农业技术水平为主要影响因素,村人口老龄化程度、种粮机械化水平为次要影响因素。
Under the dual background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and ensuring food security in China,combined with the research status of “non grain” of cultivated land,and based on social investigation and quantitative analysis,this paper studies the influencing factors of “non grain” of cultivated land in Liyang City from the perspective of theory and demonstration.By establishing the characterization index and analysis framework of cultivated land “non grain” and its influencing factors,according to the field investigation and agricultural census data,this paper studies the influencing factors of cultivated land “non grain” at the village and town scale,and gives the countermeasures to control cultivated land “non grain”,in order to provide reference for local governments in developing agricultural scale management and agricultural transformation and upgrading,guiding land transfer,coordinated economic development and ensuring food security.The results show that:1) The phenomenon of “non grain” of cultivated land in Liyang City is significant;2) The first four aspects of the basic situation of the village,the individual characteristics of agricultural households,land endowment,infrastructure and economic factors have a certain impact on whether agricultural households plant non-grain crops.Among them,the per capita cultivated land area,the cultural level of agricultural operators,the agricultural technology level of agricultural operators are the main influencing factors,and the aging degree of village population and the level of grain mechanization are the secondary influencing factors.
