摘要
目的 探讨银杏酮酯滴丸配合曲美他嗪治疗老年缓慢性心律失常及对血脂、hs-CRP的影响。方法 选择2018年6月—2019年8月本院收治的78例老年缓慢性心律失常患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各39例。对照组口服盐酸曲美他嗪片,观察组在对照组基础上给予银杏酮酯滴丸。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后中医症候积分、心率、血液流变学、血脂、hs-CRP水平。结果 观察组患者总有效率(92.31%)明显高于对照组(74.36%)(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者最快心率、最慢心率、平均心率均增加,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者全血黏度高切值及低切值、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用银杏酮酯滴丸配合曲美他嗪治疗老年缓慢性心律失常可有效改善患者临床症状、血脂,降低hs-CRP水平,提高心率,临床疗效较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of YinXingTongZhiDiWan combined with trimetazidine in treatment of old patients with bradyarrhythmia and its effect on blood lipid and hs-CRP.Methods 78 elderly patients suffered with bradyarrhythmia, those were ever admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019, were enrolled as study objects. They were randomly divided into two groups of observation group and control group according to random number table method, 39 in each group. The patients in control group were given trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets, and the patients in observation group were given YinXingTongZhiDiWan on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, and TCM symptom score, heart rate, hemorheology, blood lipid and hs CRP levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group(92.31%) was significantly higher than that of control group(74.36%)(P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and that in observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the fastest heart rate, slowest heart rate and average heart rate of the two groups were increased, and the indicators in observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the high and low shear value of whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen and plasma viscosity of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the HDL-C level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the hs-CRP level of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and hs-CRP level in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions YinXingTongZhiDiWan combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with
