摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的深入落实,我国高校参与沿线国家境外办学的步伐逐渐加快。天津开展境外办学具有一定优势,但仍存在规模小、经费不足等问题。本文通过分析天津开展境外办学过程中所存在的问题,提出了应加强顶层设计,完善政策指导,改革管理机制,规范输出结构,加强评估考核等具体建议。
With the in-depth implementation of the“Belt and Road”initiative,the pace of Chinese universities’participation in overseas schools running with countries along the route has also accelerated.Tianjin has certain advantages in running overseas schools,but there are still problems such as small scale and insufficient funds.By analyzing the problems existing in the process of running overseas schools in Tianjin,suggestions are put forward such as strengthening the top-level design,improving policy guidance,reforming the management mechanism,standardizing the output structure,and enhancing appraisal and assessment.
