Y型分子筛气相超稳改性制备技术的应用进展

摘要 Y型分子筛作为催化裂化催化剂的重要活性组元,对其进行超稳化改性具有重要研究意义和广阔应用前景。重点从制备工序、催化剂产品性能和节能环保3个方面阐述比对Y型分子筛气相超稳改性技术优势,该改性过程流程相对简单,生产成本及能耗低,且实现了分子筛改性过程无铵化,达到环境友好的目的,提出气相超稳改性技术是新建Y型分子筛装置的首选技术。 Y zeolite is an important active component of catalytic cracking catalyst,its ultra-stable preparation has important research significance and broad application prospect.In this paper,advantages of gas phase stabilization technology were described from three aspects of preparation process,catalyst product performance,and energy saving and environmental protection.Its modification process has few procedures,low production cost and energy consumption,and the ammonia-free process has achieved the purpose of environmental friendliness.The gas phase stabilization technology is proposed as the preferred technology for new Y molecular sieve plants.
