改性工艺对Y型分子筛孔结构的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以NaY分子筛为原料,柠檬酸为脱铝剂,在水浴条件下,采用水热-化学相结合的改性方法制备了NH4Y分子筛、高钠(低钠)USY分子筛和柠檬酸改性分子筛。结果表明:随着焙烧温度的升高,USY分子筛的相对结晶度和晶胞常数均降低;与NH4Y分子筛相比,当焙烧温度为500~700℃时,USY分子筛的总孔体积和介孔体积增加,总比表面积和微孔体积减少。在100%水蒸气条件下,于650℃焙烧2 h的低钠USY分子筛经柠檬酸改性处理1 h后,分子筛总孔体积和介孔体积较NH4Y分子筛分别增加了23%,140%。 NH4Y zeolite,high(low) sodium USY zeolite,and citric acid modified zeolite were perpared by hydrothermal-chemical combination method with NaY zeolite as raw material and citric acid as aluminum remover in the water bath.The results showed that the relative crystallinity and cell constant of USY zeolite continuously reduced with the increase of calcination temperature.Compared with NH4Y zeolite, when the calcination temperature was in the range of 500-700 ℃, the total pore volume and mesoporous volume of USY zeolite increased, and the total specific surface area and micropore volume decreased.Under the condition of 100% steam, the low sodium USY zeolite was calcined for 2 h at 650 ℃, and then modified with citric acid for 1 h,compared with the NH4Y zeolite, the total pore volume and mesoporous volume of the citric acid-modified sample increased by 23% and 140% respectively.
