高职人才职业能力与典型岗位群匹配度实证研究——以湖北科技职业学院为例

An Empirical Study on The Compatibility of Vocational Ability and Typical Post Group of Higher Vocational Talents——Taking Hubei Science and Technology College as An Example

摘要 以湖北科技职业学院2018~2020届机械类毕业生为研究对象,通过实证研究定位高职机械类人才就业典型岗位群为机械工程师岗位群,厘清典型岗位群所需的职业能力,采用赋值法和加权法得到高职机械类专业人才职业能力与典型岗位群匹配度。基于以上研究结论,提出高职人才职业能力与典型岗位群匹配度提升策略,作为高职院校走出就业质量困境的参考。 Taking mechanics graduates of 2018~2020 in Hubei Science and Technology College as the research object,through the empirical study,this paper orients mechanical engineer group as the typical posts of higher vocational talent employment and clarifies the required professional ability.Assignment method and weighted method are used to get compatibility of higher vocational machinery professional vocational ability and the typical position group.Based on the above research conclusions,the strategy for improving the matching degree between vocational talents'professional ability and typical position groups is proposed as a reference for higher vocational colleges to get out of the employment quality dilemma.
