机械手表虚拟装配系统的开发

摘要 以虚拟现实装配技术为理论依据,基于EON Studio虚拟软件开发了机械手表虚拟装配仿真系统。利用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立机械手表三维真实感实体静态模型,将三维手表模型导入EON Studio中。通过传感器触发、路由机制和事件驱动实现人机交互,深入分析了包括自动装配、运动控制和碰撞检测等关键系统设计模块。以Visual Basic为开发工具集成机械手表前阀部分、能源装置和传动轮系等八大部分虚拟装配,实现应用程序对EON Studio模拟程序的加载,最终完成了机械手表虚拟仿真系统的开发,对促进实际机械手表装配与维修培训或教学具有重要的指导意义。 Taking virtual reality assembly technology as the theoretical foundation,a virtual assembly simulation system for mechanical watches was developed based on EON Studio VR software.SolidWorks 3D modeling software was used to build a 3D realistic solid static model of a mechanical watch,and the 3D watch model was imported into EON Studio.Human-computer interaction was realized through sensor triggering,routing mechanism and event driven,and key system design modules including automatic assembly,motion control and collision detection were deeply analyzed.Visual Basic was used as the development tool to integrate eight major virtual assemblies including the front valve part,energy device and driving wheel gearing of the mechanical watch,to realize the loading of the application program to the EON Studio simulation program,and finally to complete the development of the virtual simulation system of the mechanical watch,which is of important guiding significance to promote the training and teaching of actual mechanical watch assembly and maintenance.
