摘要
为提升高职院校公选课教学质量,探讨了高职院校公选课的优化途径。分析了高职院校公选课现状及存在的问题:课程选修冷热不均,存在逃课现象,课程开设数量较少,课程开设分布不均衡,公选课授课质量不高,对公选课重视不够。提出了高职院校公选课的优化途径:加强对学生公选课程选择的指导,编写公选课的课程内容、开课计划、学习奖惩措施、选课制度等,考试内容应更加灵活,加大对分析问题、解决问题、思维方法的考查,培养学生的自觉性和主动性;严格遴选课程科目,评估授课质量,通过多种方式对公共选修课质量进行评价,以此评估教师的教学效果与授课质量;重视课程建设,构建科学的、结构合理的公选课体系,培养具有人文素养、创新能力和实践能力的学生,促进学生的兴趣爱好与特长的发展;创新教学方法,健全考核机制,采取灵活多样的小组讨论、案例教学、情景对话、师生互动等创新型教学方法,提高课堂教学的实效性;提升学生的学习积极性,提高对公选课的重视,积极听取教师的指导意见,提升课程学习的积极性和主动性,从而提升公选课教学质量和效果。
In order to improve the teaching quality,the study explores the optimization pathway of public elective courses in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the problems.Some elective courses are popular,but some are not.Some students skip the classes.The number of courses is small.The distribution of course is imbalanced.The quality of public elective courses is not high.And the attention to public elective courses is not enough.The optimization pathway of public elective courses in higher vocational colleges is proposed,i.e.to strengthen the guidance of student’s public elective courses,and formulate the course content,plan,learning rewards and punishment measures,and elective course system,etc.The examination content should be more flexible,the examination of problems analysis,solve and thinking method be promoted,and the student’s consciousness and initiative be trained.Course subjects should be selected strictly,the teaching content be evaluated,public elective course quality be evaluated through various methods,and teacher’s teaching effect and quality be evaluated.Course construction should be paid attention to,the scientific and rational structured public elective course system be constructed,students with humanistic literacy,innovation and practical ability be trained,and the student’s interest and specialties be promoted.It is suggested to innovate teaching method,perfect examination mechanism,adopt various and flexible innovative teaching methods,such as group discussion,case teaching,situation dialogue,teacher-student interaction,and improve the effectiveness of course teaching;improve student’s learning enthusiasm,make them pay attention to public elective courses,actively listen to teacher’s guidance and suggestions,improve their enthusiasm and initiative of course learning,and improve the quality and effect of public elective courses.
