摘要
目的调查女性不孕症患者治疗期间心理弹性现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法抽取在广州市某三级甲等医院生殖医学中心就诊的244例女性不孕症患者作为研究对象,应用一般资料问卷、心理弹性量表、一般自我效能量表、Herth希望量表、领悟社会支持量表进行调查。结果女性不孕症患者治疗期间心理弹性总均分为(66.39±14.11)分;影响女性不孕症患者治疗期间心理弹性水平的主要因素包括家庭月收入、一般自我效能、希望水平和社会支持水平(P<0.01)。结论女性不孕症患者治疗期间心理弹性处于中等水平,医务工作者对于家庭月收入低的女性不孕症患者人群应重点关注,提高患者的自我效能、希望水平及社会支持水平可提升其心理弹性水平。
Objective To investigate the level of psychological resilience of female infertility during the treatment and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Totally,244 cases of infertile female from a feproductive medicine center in a 3A-level hospital in Guangzhou were recruited by convenient sampling method and investigated with general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Herth Hope Index(HHI),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Results The total score of the level of psychological resilience of infertile women was(66.39±14.11).The main influencing factors of the level of psychological resilience were monthly income,self-efficacy,the level of hope and social support(P<0.01).Conclusion The psychological resilience of female infertility during the treatment is in the middle level.Health workers should pay special attention to low-income patiens.Enhancing the level of patients'hope,self-efficacy and social support can improve psychological resilience.
