恒温层换热稻田降温系统在水稻温敏核不育系研究中的应用

Application of the Paddy Field Cooling System with Constant Temperature Layer Heat Exchange in the Research of Thermo-sensitive Genic Male Sterile Line of Rice

摘要 水稻温敏核不育系育种研究中常常需要水稻处于严格的冷水环境中,恒温层换热是一种稻田降温的新方法,为了测试其使用效果,在盘锦建造了一个200 m;的露天人工稻田池,通过测试系统空载、满载运行工况和多点分层测温,分析恒温层一侧和稻田一侧温度变化特性和稻田水温分布情况,并且对目前的多种稻田人工冷水环境方案做了经济性对比。结果表明恒温层换热方法能够有效应用于稻田降温,但受限于北方地区使用,在辽宁以北效果最佳。恒温层换热方案是除抽取井水方案以外的最优方案,在井水条件不足的北方地区可以优先使用。 In the research of thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines in rice,a strict environment of cold water is often required.It is a new artificial method to apply the constant temperature layer heat exchange to decrease the water temperature in paddy field.To test its application effect,an open-air artificial paddy field pool of 200 m;was built in Panjin.The temperature variation characteristics of the side of constant temperature layer and the side of paddy field and the water temperature distribution of paddy field were analyzed by test of the system under the no-load and fullload operation conditions and the multi-point stratified temperature measurement.At the same time,the economy was compared among different schemes available at present of artificial cold water environment in paddy field.The results showed that the method of constant temperature layer heat exchange was effective to be applied to paddy field cooling,but it was limited to the north of China and there was a good effect to the north of Liaoning Province.In addition to the scheme of well water extraction,the method of constant temperature layer heat exchange was the optimal scheme,so it can be used preferentially in the northern area where there was not sufficient well water.
