摘要
食品科学与工程专业涵盖了化学、生物和食品科学,是一门综合性学科,且实践性较强。食品科学与工程专业实验室是理论联系实践和培养专业人才的重要场所。近年来,高校实验室安全事故频发,轻则造成财产损失,重则造成人员伤亡,实验室安全管理成为实验室管理的重中之重。本文以铜仁学院食品科学与工程专业实验室为例,分析了实验室管理现状及存在的问题,提出改进措施及对策,为地方高校食品类专业实验室的管理和建设提供参考。
The specialty of food science and Engineering covers chemistry,biology and food science.It is a comprehensive discipline with strong practicality.The laboratory of food science and engineering is an important place for integrating theory with practice and cultivating professionals.In recent years,university laboratory safety accidents occur frequently,resulting in property losses in light cases and casualties in heavy cases.Laboratory safety management has become the top priority of laboratory management.Taking the food science and Engineering Specialty Laboratory of Tongren University as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of laboratory management,and puts forward improvement measures and countermeasures,so as to provide reference for the management and construction of food specialty laboratory in local colleges and universities.
