摘要
文章分析了河南工业大学食品科学与工程专业实验室的现状和存在的问题。并根据国家粮食行业和河南省经济建设对食品工程类专业的需要,提出了适应新工科背景下以产出为导向的食品科学与工程专业实验室建设的改革的具体措施和运行模式的探索,为培养食品类创新型人才提供有力的保证。
Current situation and problem in laboratory for major of Food Science and Engineer of Henan University of Technology were analyzed in this paper.Based on the demand of grain and food industry of China and economic development of Henan Province,the detail innovated measures and exploration of operation mode for the laboratory construction were elucidated in order to suit for Outcomes-based Education talent cultivation for Food Science and Engineer major.All the results could be provided the powerful guarantee for innovative talent training of food category.
