摘要
警察体育作为公安教育的重要组成部分,其主要目的是增强学警的综合素质、提高实战能力、适应新时代各项公安工作、丰富体育文化生活、强精神健体魄。通过对公安院校警察体育的深入调查,发现院校普遍存有课程思政建设有待深化和完善、教学与公安实战衔接不够紧密、落实“以学警为本”的教育理念不到位、课程设置不够完善、体能训练与技战术训练相脱节等问题。为推进警察体育课程教学改革向纵深发展,以第十八届“世警会”为启示,提出加强课程思政建设、紧贴公安实战,体能与技能融合发展、夯实警察体育的指导思想和教育理念、丰富课程设置、聚焦“教会、勤练、常赛”等可行性建议,旨在提高人才培养质量,培养合格的公安预备队伍。
Being an important part of police education,police physical education aims to enhance students'comprehensive quality and improve their actual combat ability,which serves for the public security work in the new era,enriches sports and cultural life,and strengthens individual spirit and fitness.Based on a thorough survey of physical education in police colleges,it suggests that the ideological and political education of the curriculum be developed,the link between teaching and police practical work be fastened,the student-oriented teaching concept be obtained,the curriculum setting be optimized,the fitness and tactical training be combined.To promote further curriculum reform of police physical education,lessons obtained from the 18th World Police and Fire Games include the enforced construction of ideology,the direct application to police practical work,the integration of fitness and tactical teaching,consolidated guidelines and concept of police physical education,the enriched curriculum setting,the frequent learning-practice-contest approach.It aims to enhance the talent training quality and cultivate capable police law enforcement team.
